Sake and sake brewing with an Iwate’s essence.

Our signature brand ‘Azumamine’ was named after Azumane Mountain. We hope our brewery will continue to invite to enjoy our sake for a long time to come. As the Azumane Mt., the highest in the village, is located behind our brewery and can always be enjoyed.

What changes with the times and what does not

Many things have changed over our 350-year history, but our passion for brewing sake with all our hearts has not changed one bit.
